As part of the 20th anniversary of Grupo Pefaco in 2015, the Group wants to celebrate the occasion and share the event with its employees, customers and partners.
For this, global actions at all subsidiaries will be scheduled throughout the year 2015. Among its actions, the “Jackpot Salary“: a Group employee will be drawn on a monthly basis and will receive a double pay.
The winner of the 4th Jackpot Salary is Fatou SAIDOU DIOP, waitress at Lydia Ludic Niger. She received a Secretarial diploma with computing proficiency and on the 19th of April 2014 she officially started working with Lydia Ludic Niger. After taking part in Lydia Ludic’s training sessions, she joined the team at the VIP Gaming Hall of district Plateau Château 1 in Niamey. Further on Fatou SAIDOU DIOP was transferred to the VIP Gaming Hall of street Vox, in the district of Petit Marché, where she’s currently working. She is mother of a 9-year-old little girl.
Grupo Pefaco is present in Niger since 2004 through its subsidiary Lydia Ludic Du Niger SARL and employs close to 200 people in 8 cities, under the supervision of General Director Jean-Pierre CHAUVIGNAC.

As part of Grupo Pefaco’s 20th anniversary in 2015, the Group’s founders, Francis PEREZ and Olivier CAURO, want to be even more active in the development of the local communities of the countries in which they are present.
Each month, thematic social actions will take place in the countries in which Grupo Pefaco operates. In February, the Group carried out social actions destined to the Elderly. Amongst others, Lydia Ludic Burundi donated food and essentials to the Home Sainte-Elisabeth looking after elderly people in Bujumbura, Lydia Ludic Togo sponsored the performance of the troupe “Brin de Chocolat” in Lomé and invited the retired people of its company and Lydia Ludic Côte d’Ivoire donated food and essentials to the homeless people of Gobelet, a recently destructed slum of Abidjan.
To celebrate the Groups 20th anniversary, Francis PEREZ and Olivier CAURO have planned to share the event with their employees, their customers and their partners through global actions scheduled throughout the year, in all the Group’s subsidiaries. The 2nd edition of ISAFE(International Security and Fire Fighting Exhibition) took place from the 9th till the 12th of April 2015 in the Office of Fairs & Exhibitions of Casablanca (OFEC), Morocco. ISAFE MOROCCO is an international event gathering more than 150 worldwide exhibitors and welcoming over 3.000 visitors to show the latest solutions and services in the firefighting, health and safety industries.
The African countries are facing new challenges in matter of safety and health while developing their infrastructure and industries. It appeared decisive to Grupo Pefaco that participating in the development of local communities would also involve participating in developing its Rescue Service’s expertise. Thus, Grupo Pefaco sponsored the attendance of the chiefs of fire brigades of Benin, Burkina Faso, Togo and Niger, at ISAFE MOROCCO 2015.
Through this action, the founders of Grupo Pefaco, Francis PEREZ and Olivier CAURO, fulfill their wish to actively support the development of the communities in which it operates.
