Hostelco, the international exhibition of the latest innovations in equipment, products, hotel and catering services, is currently taking place in Barcelona.
Hostelco brings together the leading companies in the food and service industry from the 20th to the 23rd of October 2014 at the Fira Gran Via in Barcelone. Pefaco Hotels joined the professionals present at the event to get in touch with nearly 500 industry experts and develop possible partnerships with hotel suppliers.
The hotel brand of Grupo Pefaco was created in 2009 by Francis Perez and Olivier Cauro, with the ambition of becoming a major player in the tourism, leisure and business industry in the African continent.

On Wednesday 16th of July, the Palacio of Viana in Madrid hosted the official meeting between Togo and Spain to boost their respective economies and develop new projects together. Both countries were represented by their Ministers of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation, the Togolese Robert Dussey and the Spaniard José Manuel García-Margallo, who discussed common strategic development lines, to strengthen the bonds between their governments.
To promote cooperation between both countries and contribute to the build-up of business opportunities for Spanish companies in Togo, Francis Perez and Olivier Cauro sent a representative of Grupo Pefaco to attend the meeting organized by the European Chambers of Commerce and Industry.
The event was a success for the professionals and experts from private and public sectors present at the summit. Milestones of numerous projects between Togo and Spain were set and praised by the press of both countries (Europapress.es, Presspeople.com, Republicoftogo.com, IciLomé.com, etc.).

ESIC Business & Marketing School is celebrates this year their 11th edition of Hoy Es Marketing, one of the most important Spanish gatherings of marketing professionals in Spain.
The event mainly focuses on Marketing, Communication and Digital Economy, for which reputed professionals share their own experiences, in order to define future expectations of the industry, as well as key solutions for innovation and success.
Together with more than 2000 other professionals, Grupo Pefaco attended the event Hoy Es Marketing 2014 à Barcelona, whose theme was “The big challenges of marketing and communication in a global context: Challenges and Opportunities”. Industry experts, such as Jean-Marc Colanesi (Marketing and Communication Professor at ESIC), Juan José Peso-Viñals (Partner of Daemon Quest by Deloitte), David Muntañola (Commercial and Marketing Director of Grupo Correos), Eduard Prats (General Manager of ESIC Barcelona) or Miguel Vicente (Founder of Let’sBonus), came to the Palau de Congressos de Catalunya to share their ideas and point of view about the challenges and opportunities of the future.

At the beginning of April, Pefaco Hotels, the hospitality division of Grupo Pefaco, officially released its new logo on its company Websites and communication materials.
Creating a new visual identity arose from the wish of Francis Perez and Olivier Cauro to modernize the image of the hotel chain, so that it would reflect the fine quality of its hotels.
An invitation to tender was opened for the creation of the logo, at the end of which the founders of the Group retained the project of the communication agency Avalanche.
